For all returns, product concerns and damages please fill in the below form.
Our return policy allows any individual to return a item for exchange if sealed and within 28 days if the order does not meet expectations , we offer a 90 day return policy on product faults however certain items have additional coverage by manufacturer.

These include but are not limited to Games Workshop, Warmachine and The Army Painter, which will be covered on a case by case basis.
